Join our client’s team at a food manufacturing plant in south Fayetteville as a Warehouse Worker. This position offers a starting pay of $16 per hour and requires experience operating a forklift. The role involves working the 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday, in our plant warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, and organizing inventory.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a forklift is required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to work the 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
