Our client, a reputable company in Rogers, AR, is seeking a dedicated Title Clerk to join their team. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the title process, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Contact dealerships to obtain original titles for vehicles.
- Enter title information into the company’s system accurately and efficiently.
- File titles in accordance with established filing procedures.
- Prepare and mail titles to customers promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of title transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any title-related issues.
- Follow all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to title documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding titles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with title software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of title documentation requirements and regulations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
