Job Details
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Receptionist to join our team in Conway, AR. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Email Communication: Respond to orders and inquiries via email promptly and accurately.
- Call Transfers: Transfer calls to relevant departments or team members as needed.
- Front Desk Interaction: Greet and assist visitors who arrive at the front desk in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Postage & HR Support: Manage postage through USPS and collaborate with HR for interview scheduling and candidate arrivals.
- Order Management: Enter new orders into the system and perform checks to ensure accuracy.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in using computers, especially in typing speed and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
- Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for a candidate interested in a long-term position and growth within the company.
- Software Familiarity: Familiarity with SAGE/MAS software and SPS Commerce is a plus.
- Billing Support: Assist with billing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
