A large and well-established property management company is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join their team. The best person for the position will have previous experience or exposure to HVAC upkeep and maintenance. This person will provide property maintenance to apartment complexes. Will be painting, pulling up and or replacing carpet, will replace faucets or other light plumbing equip. Will perform other building maintenance as needed.
