A well-established construction related company is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join their team. The best person for the position will have experience in the construction industry, but, well qualified individuals are encouraged to apply. This position will require strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Responsibilities for the position will include but may not be limited to:

• Will handle client contracts
• Assist in estimating
• Compile Take Offs
• Help with bids
• Handle scheduling
• Handle take offs
• Manage purchase orders
• Mange lien waivers
• Manage invoicing and billing
• Assist with any other office administrative support duty as needed
