Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic production team in Hot Springs, AR? We are seeking motivated individuals to become Production Team Members, contributing to the assembly of plastic parts for various yard equipment such as weed eaters, gas caps, and lawn mowers.

As a Production Team Member, you will be an essential part of our client’s manufacturing process, responsible for assembling plastic parts and assisting in various production tasks. Your attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work effectively as part of a team will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our client’s production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic parts for yard equipment using pliers to pull small lines through plastic components.
• Perform essential job functions requiring manual dexterity, including gripping parts and using pliers to manipulate materials.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed, including assembling components and supporting the production supervisor.
• Spend significant time on your feet, actively engaging in production activities; this position does not involve sitting for extended periods.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill client orders, including counting parts and assisting with clients’ time cards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks requiring manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods and engage in various production activities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist in different areas of production as needed.
