Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced production environment in Mayflower, AR? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our client’s team as Production Associates. This position offers a starting pay rate of $12.25 per hour and provides an opportunity to contribute to the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor lids being produced to ensure quality and consistency.
- Stand at the end of the production line and efficiently scoop lids into boxes.
- Weigh each box to verify the correct count of lids.
- Seal boxes securely with tape to prepare them for shipment.
- Label boxes accurately and appropriately according to product specifications.
- Stack finished boxes onto pallets in an organized manner.
- Perform housekeeping tasks as needed during slow periods to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and endurance to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain efficiency in packaging and labeling processes.
- Willingness to perform housekeeping duties as needed to support overall production operations.
