Key Responsibilities
As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our thermoforming processes. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and free of debris to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adherence to SOPs and Safety Policies: Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety policies and practices to uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Goal Achievement: Strive to achieve or exceed goals in productivity, operations, safety, quality, cost, and team effectiveness.
- Overtime Availability: Be willing to work overtime as required to meet production demands and deadlines.
- Flexibility in Duties: Perform various tasks as assigned, as the job responsibilities listed are not exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
