A local home exterior improvement company is seeking a customer service coordinator to join their team. The best person for the position will be able to multi-task, will have strong communication skills, and will have a team player attitude.

Responsibilities for the position will include but may not be limited to:

• Will be assisting office personnel with any overflow admin duties
• Will answer the phone
• Greet walk-in customers
• Schedule appointments
• Helping with estimates
• Will take payments
• Book leads for sales consultants
• Make packets for in-home consults and walk-ins
• Will learn how to schedule installs
