General Summary

This position is responsible for the productivity of all employees staffed

on designated shift, as well as plant security. Additionally, the Supervisor position is

accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely

manner and within all quality parameters/goals.

Primary Responsibilities

. Make Sure all equipment is running at set goals: Extruder, Washline, Shredders, Injection Machines.

. Learn general operation of all equipment.

. Help oversee and assure all paperwork is being filled out correctly and that commodities are transferred between  depts. correctly.

• Ensure the productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift
• Ensure the timely arrival of all employees assigned to designated shift and take appropriate action as necessary

. Make sure inventory for Shane is done every Friday.

. Fill out daily attendance sheet and sign temp pay sheets

• Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours
• Enforce all processing procedures are being followed
• Enable effective communications between Production Manager, leads, and operators
• Maintain a clean work place
• Investigate and report all incidents
• Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas to Production and General Manager
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
