As a Morning Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen during breakfast and lunch service. Responsibilities:
- Perform dishwashing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial-grade dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, ensuring proper storage of clean dishes and utensils.
- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances, such as ovens, grills, and prep surfaces, following established cleaning procedures.
- Sort and remove trash and recycling materials, adhering to proper disposal procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth kitchen operations during breakfast and lunch service.
- Assist in other kitchen tasks and duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
