Maintenance Lead

$17-21/HR DOE

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM and On-Call Rotation

A well-established property management company in NW Arkansas is seeking an experienced maintenance lead/supervisor to join their team! The best person for the position will have previous property maintenance experience as well as HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will have an HVAC certification or equivalent work experience. This position will require you to supervise others, address tenant maintenance requests, and handle any HVAC repair or installation needs. Duties for this position will include but may not be limited to:

• Property upkeep
• Apartment turn arounds
• Replacement of flooring as needed
• Light carpentry or plumbing repairs
• Installation or repair of HVAC systems
• Supervision of maintenance team
• On-call rotation for nights and weekends will be required
