Landscaper/Installer Helper (Temp to Hire)

Location: Gentry, AR

Pay Rate: $13-15 per hour

Our landscaping company is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscaper/Installer Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in lawncare/landscaping, with at least a couple of years of steady work history. Most importantly, they must have a positive attitude and be willing to work hard to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Pruning, planting shrubs, bushes, and trees
• Assist with the installation of landscaping features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Perform lawn care tasks such as sodding and weeding
• Use provided tools and equipment to complete daily tasks

Requirements:

• Good attitude and willingness to work hard
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions
• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may vary due to large job or inclement weather)
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
