Assists the Legal Operations Manager with administrative duties primarily involving Customer vehicle insurance records. This position will require attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to follow-up on pending claims in a timely manner. Must have strong computer skills and customer service skills.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Legal Operations Manager in acquiring and organizing required Customer insurance documents, including filing documents, assisting with customer and dealership communication, reviewing customer provided insurance documents for validity and reasonability.
  • Answer phone, e-mail, and prepare correspondence with customers and insurance providers.
  • Organizing emails and electronically processing attached documents.
  • Communicate with customers by phone or email, to request required insurance documentation.
  • Communicate with customers and dealership staff to verify insurance information.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
  • Process incoming mail regarding any Customer insurance policy cancellations or changes.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics.
  • Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
