Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Inspect and care for all rooms according to established standards, ensuring that each space meets cleanliness expectations.
- Safeguard equipment and report any deficiencies or damages to supervisors promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism and patience, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and replenish consumable supplies as needed to maintain adequate stocking levels.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper, demonstrating the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to efficiently complete tasks.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising the quality of work performed.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
