Schedule: 7am-3:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position performs general landscaping and maintenance activities in townhouse areas, grounds and lakes, etc. through mowing, trimming, planting, making repairs of limited common property owned by the Association, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position must be capable of maintaining grounds, lakeshores, and parks in pristine condition. General tasks are performed under the immediate direction of the Grounds and Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. Many work assignments are repetitive and, once learned, can be carried on independently or with limited supervision. Must perform other duties as required.

EXAMPLES OF WORK: (illustrative only)

Operates hand and power tools.

Operates small power-driven equipment like mowers and weed eaters.

Maintains grounds of facilities, parking lots, and lakeshores neatly and professionally.

Mows, trims, edges, sweeps, rakes, cultivates, digs, waters, shovels, plants, seeds, lays sod, etc.

Performs minor adjustments to mowers and equipment.

Additional duties as assigned.
