Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all projects are completed ahead of time and under budget.
• Develop, communicate, and implement strategies tailored to each work cell to increase manufacturing capacity.
• Provide leadership and direction to department leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that the company is complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to equipment fabrication/manufacturing industry, including city and state environmental regulations.
• Manage overall operations to embrace and be accountable to all applicable safety regulations and best practices to maintain an elite safety record.
• Work with the Admin Support Team to develop and implement employee training programs to ensure that staff members have the skills and knowledge they must have to be successful.
• Manage overall staffing at the facility, including equipment utilization, labor efficiency goals, training & cross-training of team members, and automation utilization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience.
• Food Industry Experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs.
• Valid driver’s license.
