General Maintenance

Apartment complex looking for experienced general maintenance technicians to join their team. Employees will provide property maintenance to apartment complexes. Will be painting, pulling up and or replacing carpet, will replace faucets or other light plumbing equip. Will perform other building maintenance as needed.

This job has been classified by our client as Safety Sensitive according to state law guidelines and drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluation may be required as a condition of employment.

Job Duties:

• Will be painting, pulling up and or replacing carpet, will replace faucets or other light plumbing equip. Will perform other building maintenance as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred, not required.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $15.00/HR
