The primary function of the Finance & Administration Director is to complete daily financial management functions including processing and recording all transactions in the general ledger, and completing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting. You will assist in the development of annual budget, work directly with the CEO inputting data and generating reports utilizing the organizations accounting software. You will track all funding streams for the organization and assist in the coordination of the annual audit processes and other financial operations. Responsibilities for the position will include but will not limited to:
· Oversee the processing of all income, prepare, and/or make deposits
· Track all purchases and communicate when requested purchases are made
· Reconcile bank and credit statements
· Complete all data entries (AP, AR, journal entries, donor and vendor data, etc.) in the organizations accounting software
· Process and record payroll bi-weekly; track payroll for funding streams grants
· Secure necessary signers for checks and other financial management documentation
· Ensure the maintenance of financial records and record keeping systems to ensure compliance with all regulations, GAAP, and contractual requirements
· Review and/or confirm verbal and written bids as directed within the organizations policy and procedures
· Track and manage all monetary reporting for all grants and other financial projects to ensure proper usage and compliance of funds received
· Track and communicate the cash flow status of the organization
· Prepare and submit annual 1099/1096 forms reporting vendor payables

This position deals heavily with Grants and a candidate with previous Grant management experience is highly preferred.
