Customer Service Sales Associate

Job Details

A well-established interior design store is seeking a customer service oriented person to assist their customers with their home design needs. The best person for the job will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and excellent follow-up skills as well. Will be helping customers figure out what kind of items they may need for their home and will complete the order process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome
• Answer customer questions about products and services
• Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Process customer orders
• Handle customer returns and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Keep up-to-date on company products and services
• Promote sales and specials

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with interior design software
• Knowledge of home design trends and styles
