A well-established company in Rogers is seeking experienced customer service reps to join their team! The best person for the position will have previous experience in a customer service setting. Responsibilities for the positions will include but may not be limited to:
• Manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing calls from both internal and external customers.
• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolutions
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and
following up to ensure resolution is obtained
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Provide written and verbal communication with customer service associates, managers, and leadership teams to ensure proper customer service is delivered
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, digital chat, or social media following the Company’s policies and procedures
• Resolving customer opportunities through the dealership or by escalating any issues to management
• Follow company policies and procedures and support the company’s mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics
• Daily attendance is required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager
