POSITION SUMMARY
General technical analysis and design, maintenance, and technical support of client server business applications in a multi-LAN Windows/Citrix environment using current Windows Server and Desktop operating systems. Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, MS SQL Server, and Wide Area Networking skills are required. Skill in cloud based SaaS, hybrid cloud environments and knowledge of VOIP Telephony and retail transaction processing are preferred.
REQUIREMENTS, ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Implements maintenance/enhancements/changes to existing applications and hardware
· Participates on project development teams
· May perform in an internal consulting capacity as part of a team to determine appropriate solutions for specific issues
· Support current staff in client server methodologies, tools, techniques and processes
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3 – 5 years of related experience in network management, maintenance and troubleshooting
· Use of support tools, integration of diverse applications, enabling technologies and associated methodologies
· Experience using Citrix or other virtual machine environments is preferred.
