Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Commercial Janitor to join our team at the Fayetteville Autopark. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the parking lot, building, office areas, floors, and bathrooms. The position requires standing for extended periods during each shift, working nights for 3-4 hours, 6pm-10pm, and 5-6 days per week. Candidates must have English proficiency and be flexible with their work schedule, as the day off may vary week to week. The Janitor will use provided cleaning supplies and must have their own transportation.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain the parking lot, building, office areas, floors, and bathrooms.

Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively and safely.

Empty trash and recycling containers and replace with new liners.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

Dust and wipe down surfaces.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms.

Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules.

Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.

Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in commercial janitorial work preferred.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

English proficiency.

Must be able to work nights, 3-4hrs a night, 6pm-10pm, 5-6 days per week.

Must be flexible with the work schedule as the day off may vary week to week.

Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Ability to work independently and follow established procedures and guidelines.
