Assembly Team Member

Location: Stilwell, OK

Pay: $15.50/Hour

Job Description:

We are currently hiring multiple Assembly Team Members in Stilwell, OK. This position offers full-time hours and the opportunity for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and/or fabrication of Elements products according to specifications.

Conduct quality checks in compliance with established quality standards and procedures.

Complete necessary documentation and paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Perform tasks such as sorting, sleeving, bagging, and boxing of products.

Follow directions provided by Lead and Supervisors, carrying out assigned tasks promptly and accurately.

Maintain production rates and work at a pace consistent with machine operators.

Ensure a clean and safe work area, adhering to established safety protocols.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Facet’s product line.

Implement and follow the 5S system for workplace organization and cleanliness.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Strong ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Willingness to undergo drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluation as required by state law guidelines.

Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Familiarity with the 5S system for workplace organization is a plus.

Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to a specified weight limit (if applicable).
