Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• AR Processing: Handling and processing accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Invoicing: Generating and sending invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Payment Processing: Recording and reconciling payments received from clients, following up on any overdue accounts, and managing payment collections.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts receivable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Customer Communication: Communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment discrepancies, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Reporting: Generating regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection efforts for management review.
• Documentation: Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and related correspondence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer and team interaction.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
