Jason has been actively involved in the Northwest Arkansas business community since his graduation from the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business. A lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, Jason prides himself on his knowledge of the inside workings of the business world of Northwest Arkansas. Prior to the creation of 1st Employment, Jason was the director of sales for The Staffing Factor for three years and then operations manager for the Northwest Arkansas branches of FirstStaff, Inc.
Jason’s commitment to human resources and to the business community of Northwest Arkansas creates a win-win situation for both his employees and his customers. Jason has learned to lead by example at 1st Employment, pushing all to excel and exceed expectations. In leading the creation of 1st Employment, Jason asked himself the essential questions: How can we improve our efficiency? How can we make our customers even more satisfied? How can we make 1st Employment the leader in direct and temporary to permanent staffing? How can we take 1st Employment to the next level? How do we find a way to be responsible and dependable with our customers’ best interest at the forefront of every decision we make? The answers to these questions have led to an organization that supports career goals and business goals.
Jason is active in NOARK (Northwest Arkansas Human Resource Association), NWA area Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Fayetteville, Signature Bank Advisory Board, FHS Hall of Greats and Central United Methodist Church.
Jacqueline is a Human Resources Professional that joined the staffing industry in 2007 after five years in the Medical Dosimetry field, a specialized area within the Radiation Therapy, she obtained her PHR in 2011 and her SHRM-CP in 2015. Throughout her career she has specialized in Human Resources Compliance, training and development, safety and worker’s compensation, and operations. She has also been author and contributor of numerous company policies and procedures.
Jacqueline is customer service oriented and a highly organized team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Her empathy and ability to connect with others has led to providing first class employment solutions that no only meet, but exceeds, her customers and employees’ expectations. She settles for nothing less than excellence in building ties with customers, jobseekers and employees.
Her continued education and participation in our local human resource chapter has been a key component of her career and her constant research has helped not only our organization, but local businesses stay in compliance with the never-ending challenges and changes within the industry.
