It’s that time of year again……time to submit your nominations for our next recipient of the Shining Star Award!!! We started this tradition back in 2017 and every year a new Shining Star is announced! Each person has the opportunity to nominate up to two Shining Star nominees. We want to encourage you to think about all staff members, from the most junior to the most senior, from your own branch or ANY branch of the company including our Sales team, and tell Corporate why you believe this particular team member is truly a Shining Star!

Friday, Nov. 17 at 5PM
Shining Star Award Criteria
- All team members have the opportunity to nominate up to two Shining Stars.
- Team members can nominate a Shining Star from ANY branch.
- Each nomination will be submitted to Corporate by the deadline established. Submissions past the deadline will not be considered.
- Final selection will be made by Corporate.
- Shining Star must be aligned with our Mission and Values as Company, as well as:
- Productivity
- Sales
- Attendance
- Safety
- Positive Outlook
- Team Building
- Contribution to Profitability
- Cost Reduction
- The winner of the Shining Star Award will be announced in our company Christmas Party.
- The recipient of the award will automatically receive 5 FREE PTO DAYS to use within the next calendar year.
